Review: Bowers & Wilkins P3 Headphones

We never understood the fascination with over-ear headphones. For us, it was in or over – nothing inbetween. If you want decent sound and discreet looks, in-ears are fine. If you want top quality audio and don’t care about the size, then some chunky over-ear cans are perfect. There’s no need for any middle ground.

At least that’s what we thought until we tried out audiophiles’ favourites Bowers and Wilkins’ shiny new P3s.

Designed especially for use with mobile devices and tablets and including a neat on-wire remote, these lightweight, yet premium-feeling, foldable over-ears set the benchmark for just about everything you could possibly want from a pair of headphones that suit any situation.
