So, not only did some of us miss out on  Beyonce, Wu Tang Clan and Coldplay doing their thing at Glasto,  we also missed the Filthy Kr3w Party hosted by Jamie Winstone.

Packed to the brim, with the likes of Alexa Chung, Georgia Jagger, Plan b, Henry Holland, Example and Alfie Allen, the  A-list  party took place in the Lovebullet headquarters in the Shangri-La area of the festival. Music for the night was provided by Turbogeist, Seb Chew, Louie Simonon of Dead Leg, Jimmy Jagger and Caspar Sonnet.

Pshh. Next time, ay?

It was definitely one of the moments of the year so far but with the amount of hype surrounding Beyonce’s performance at Glastonbury this weekend, were you disappointed or did she live up expectations?

Strong rumours surrounded the possibility of Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams reuniting Destiny’s Child on stage at Glastonbury while it was also expected that Jay-Z would join his wife for a couple of their high-profile collaborations and while neither of those turned out to be true, we did get a pretty breathless performance from Beyonce and we’d like to know what you thought of the show.

The Rastamouse buzz of the Winter has dimmed somewhat, but we still love the Jamaican rodent and we can’t wait to see him live at Glasto this summer.

According to glastonburyfestivals.co.uk the controversial Rastamouse will be performing at this year’s Glastonbury Festival, the first time he’s ever performed live. Rastamouse will reportedly be backed up by his Easy Crew [how could he not be?] and will play Kidz Field but it’s not yet known which day.

We just updated our Glasto itinerary, Rastamouse, Beyonce, home…we kid.

Beyonce, Kelly and Michelle getting together and having lunch is always going to be a big story, but it probably shouldn’t be. We have a spin on their meeting though…

We’re just putting it out there, that Beyonce is planning on bringing Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams out during her headline Glastonbury performance this summer. That’s probably not true but how awesome would it be? Destiny’s Child classics, mixed with Beyonce classics, performed in a field at the height of the summer. We’re not sure where Solange Knowles fits into that plan but whatever, Solange can do something. We like Solange.

Watch as Destiny’s Child exit a restaurant. There should be dramatic music to go with this video, otherwise it just looks like people getting into a car. It’s way more than that.

After all the rumours, it has been confirmed that Beyonce will headline the final day of this year’s Glastonbury Festival.

The coveted final-day headline slot at Glasto has officially been filled by everybody’s favourite superstar pop-diva; Beyonce. Rumours had been flying around about the singer joining Coldplay and U2 on the lineup and in a statement released last night, Bey finally confirmed her appearance “This really is the biggest festival in the world and I cannot wait to perform there.” continuing “Everyone who attends is really appreciative of music and is in such a good mood that entire weekend. I’m pumped just thinking about that huge audience and soaking up their energy.”

We’re very excited about Beyonce at Glastonbury, so many hits, so little time.

Rumours have been flying around for a few days that Beyonce will join usual suspects Coldplay and U2 to headline Glastonbury Festival this year…

Where Jay-Z walks, Beyonce is likely to follow and that sentiment will never be truer if the Destiny’s Child singer headlines Glastonbury this summer as is being predicted.

It would seem that U2 are already confirmed for the festival having been forced to cancel their headline appearance last year after an injury to lead-signer Bono’s back. As if U2 at Glasto wasn’t enough of a cliche, the other rumoured headline act are Coldplay leaving booker Michael Eavis with something of a conundrum as to how he’s going to drum up interest around this year’s festival, with his current lineup looking very “business as usual”.

Beyonce is world renowned for her finely tuned live show and is one of very few artists in the world who transcends genres in terms of popularity. We think she’d be awesome and with this summer’s festival announcements yet to fully set our imaginations ablaze this could well be the one that gets the season rolling.

Well, Orange decided to do a lil Twitter poll, canvassing their follower’s fantasy festival apps to see the weirdest and wildest they could find. The overall winner, @carlmartin won a pair of Glasto tix for his ‘Augmented reality gigs in your tent’, a service for people like RWD who will no doubt be too ‘tired and emotional’ to move far from our two-man. The app would use augmented reality tech to layer a computer-generated movie of your favourite band over the inside of your tent. Pretty genius!

10. Glastonbury rumour destroyer – @B1TTY Glastonbury Rumour Destroyer! Glasto-goers use the app and it’ll list the current rumours true or false

The latest album from Forest Gate’s finest is a follow-up to his critically acclaimed debut album Who Needs Actions When You Got Words.
