We hit Brixton on Saturday for what, it has to be said, was a fairly awesome day at Nike's World Basketball Festival. We grabbed a few minutes with Chicago Bulls and Team GB star Luol Deng [read that interview in the next issue of RWD], we kicked it with New York Knicks legend [LEGEND] Scottie Pippen [the video for that interview will be online shortly] and after tearing down Brixton Academy we even managed to talk new album stuff with Big Boi. Team RWD may have lost in the second round of the 3 on 3 tournament but with the sun blazing and the music blasting, we weren't too bothered by the negatives.

Nike will further the legacy of the World Basketball Festival in South London as it prepares to launch a completely unique and permanent basketball-only court at the Lilian Baylis Old School.
