5. Chip's Challenge
You might think it’s a given that everyone has struggled to collect the huge microchips and put on the red boots to walk through lakes of fire, but there’s a lot of new gamers who don’t actually know about Chip’s Challenge. This game used to come built-in to your PC and was one of Microsoft’s most frustrating but rewarding games. You had to solve practical puzzles whilst navigating Chip through one perilous maze after the next. It was better than Solitaire and more entertaining than that space pinball game, and Dizzee Rascal even sampled Chip’s grunt (when trying to push an immovable block) in 2 Far on Boy In Da Corner, but Bill Gates decided to discontinue Chip with the arrival of Windows XP.
