Online Review: RWD VIP Party In Association With Smoove
RWD VIP Party In Association With Smoove
Bank Holiday Special Friday May 4

RWD kicked off the Bank Holiday in style and Ministry of Sound’s Smoove was rammed. With ravers mixing with clients and general supporters of big music it was a really enjoyable night.

Firstly let’s get the bias bit out of the way – the following sentence is written under duress – Our very own DJ Chewy smashed it to bits and got the night off to a good start. Technically EZ proved why he is probably one of the best technical DJ’s the UK has to offer, he dropped classic tracks with menacing cutting which seemed like a well produced DJ set. Matt Jam also played a very nostalgic and funky set. If you have not yet seen the skill and talent of Faith S.F.X then you are more than late, no you are reading the wrong magazine. We would like to thank Michelle, G Smart, Lotte, Lydia, Hugo Sabah and all the special VIP guests that turned up.

Thanks again to all of our sponsors which included Martell (who supplied RWD with over 200 miniatures), Money Clothing (who handed over 300 woolen baseball caps), Hugo Boss supplied the bags along with his and her tees and for those that received one of the exclusive bag-o-goodneess you’ll know there were some PS2 games from EA including Def Jam Icon, Need for Speed Carbon, condoms, stickers, Mix CD’s from the producers Flukes and a whole load of other niceness that wet the party goers appetites.
