Given the success of Wearing My Rolex, it comes as no surprise to learn that Wiley has just signed an album deal.
The E3 emcee has signed to Asylum, the same label that released his Top 2 hit, with Will himself confirming the news on the RWD forum late last night.
"I signed an album deal at midnight last night, I’ve got one thing to say, I won my race against time goodbye everybody cos I’m gone don’t even chat to me... I am grime it flows thru my veins more than any1 else’s... I’m gone I ain’t comin’ back about no way back I am the way forward."
Big congrats to the E3 LON Tiger, Tiger from us and to all those - Tinchy, Skepta, Dizzee, Estelle, T2, Plat'num- that are keeping the mainstream on their toes by pushing the underground up in 2008!

YO why not when he got so much hate from within the scene.. He ain't saying anythign against his fanbase i don't rekon!! It's against MC haters like Bashy.. Fair dues, he has put in alot of graft and sweat and blood (??) so far and has pushed the scene thru alot, i know he did'nt do well on big dada but he WAS the backbone of Roll Deep, he helped dizzee come thru and all of Roll Deep, he made a classic early grime iconic LP (treadin') regardless of sales back then it was HOT. I am a Wiley fan and I am a fan of most grime and all the heat and the fire and the hating and the rukkus makes grime what it is..
