Dropping politics without being boring is a delicate balance, but God's Son pulls it off brilliantly; fusing hard-hitting hooks with intricate, conscious lyrics, Nas has made the most important album of his career. The N Word, the US government, Fox News, and human's in general are all dissected over drums by Cool & Dre, Salaam Remi, Jay Electronica, Polow, Toomp, stic.man and Mark Ronson. Incredible, impressive and important. Open your mind, free your soul y'all.
