Weezy is going from strength-to-syrup-sipping-strength. As you may already know his new album Tha Carter III has cracked a million sales in its first week! – Which includes recent hits Lollipop and A Milli - Now the best rapper alive (according to a recent BET vote) is looking to launch not one but TWO hip hop fashion labels. The rumour started on SOHH.com where the New Orleans born rapper allegedly told a journalist he has plans to launch one woman’s and one men’s brand.

Apparently names have also been decided for these two brands. The men’s brand has been labelled ‘Foreign Money’ and the women's ‘Double U’. Details on the influences and designers the brand may be inspired by or related to have not as yet been confirmed, although unofficial sources predict, "expect more fitted clothing. Skulls are dead and losing trend power so I don't see Wayne going in that direction. Hopefully this Foreign Money clothing won’t be a repeat of Jim Jones' Gnostic clothing... The Diplomats and Lil Wayne seem to be doing a lot together now but this should not be the one."

It looks like Wayne is going to have a lot on his plate this year as in other recent news The Thick Voiced One is set to star in a new online reality series Making the Next Hit! With Lil Wayne. Which will involve discovering new producers, models, singers, comedians and rappers. This new show will air via the new web channel theNext.tv (a new web channel) beginning in January! So by then you never know Wayne could be displaying some of his latest labels on screen so don't forget to tune in!
