After sweeping the underground – and every girl aged between 9-90 off their feet – DJ Ironik’s Stay With Me is finally available to download. The July front cover star, recently spoke about life on a label. According to the rapper/ singer/ DJ/ sunglasses wearer it’s not as hard as people make out. “They’ve let me do whatever I want, which is good,” he speaks of Asylum Records. “Obviously it’s my music and they’ve let me do my music how I want it. The label has added a more commercial appeal to my tracks, but that’s it really. Apart from that, it’s all my sound. I was lucky in that labels all over the world wanted to sign Stay With Me, but I felt that Asylum were more like a family. Other record labels just wanted to get the track out, but with Asylum I felt more at home. Being signed to a major record label has been my biggest achievement and I didn’t think it would happen.”

I wouldnt buy or even download an album/mixtape of his.
but i do like certain of his songs at times and i respect his success, man stayed true to the sweet boy image.
