Is Game Scared Of G-Unit?

50 Cent vs. The Game round 110…

Over-confident 50 Cent is locked in another lyrical battle with ex-sidekick The Game and it all swirls around a certain time of the month (no, not like that).

G-Unit are gearing up to release their Terminate on Sight LP on 24 June, meanwhile rappers like Nelly (Brass Knuckles) and Game (L.A.X.) have also penned in that date for major releases and 50’s not too bothered. Speaking to MTV earlier this week he picked out Game (still signed to G-Unit) to poke fun at. "I'mma wait a little, then I'm just gonna push his album back," 50 said. "I don't think there's anyone that would legitimately look at him like it's a competition, him versus G-Unit. It just doesn't make sense. I make money every time he releases an album. He signed a five-album deal. He's only on album three."

Game's people however are insisting the LA-bred rapper's release is on schedule (even getting his web geeks to add a fancy countdown clock to new website thisizgame.com). The date still reads 24 June and one of his reps told press "The Game [is not] answering G-Unit's prayers".

RWD expect handbags at dawn on the morning of the 24th.
