There's ongoing speculation that Amy Winehouse, who was photographed over the weekend smoking weed, may have split with her husband, Blake Fielder Civil.
Amy is said to have missed Blake's birthday last week and is apparently visiting him in Pentonville prison less and less. A friend told the Sun newspaper that Winehouse is reluctant to see her hubby. "Amy does everything she can not to visit. She forgets she is married half the time. There are a few men she is close to and Blake can't stand it".
Amy's dad, Mitch, has fulled the rumours by saying he 'wouldn't be suprised' if the pair had broken up.
