The Game handed himself into authorities yesterday, to begin a 60 day sentence. He pleaded 'No Contest' after being accused of possessing a gun in a school zone. He is said to have pointed a gun at another man during a game of basketball.
Game had previously been quoted as saying he'd rather do the time than fork out millions on lawyers to try and prove his innocence. Because of his cooperation, two other charges have subsequently been dropped.
He will also have to do 150 hours of community service and will be on probation for three years.
The Compton rhymer is said to be retiring from the rap game, once he releases his third album, LAX upon his release from prison.
