Artist: Lil Wayne

Lil Wayne was arrested earlier this week for being in possession of cocaine, ecstasy and drug paraphernalia. Police say that they found 105 grams of marijuana, 29 grams of cocaine and 41 grams of ecstasy pills on the rappers tour bus, whilst it was stationary at a checkpoint in southwestern Arizona.

Wheezy, real name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., will find out whether he is going to face criminal charges at a court hearing set for Friday. Two members of his entourage were also arrested. Carter’s lawyer, James Tilson said; “We will find out by Jan. 25 whether or not the (Yuma) county attorney will file charges or not," Tilson said that his client is;
“…looking forward to his day in court, that's all I can say right now."

Weezy also has a drug case pending in Atlanta, gun and marijuana charges in New York and a lawsuit from a Miami jewellery company, which is claiming that he hasn’t paid for $146,000 worth of bling he ‘purchased’ in October.
