2007 has probably been one of Amy Winehouse's Best/ Worst years to date.
She's won awards, accolades and album sales the world over, yet has also struggled with drug and alcohol abuse, dramatic weight loss and a husband in jail.
To round of '07, last week Winehouse was nominated for several Grammy's, a triumph marred only by today's arrest.
Amy is being questioned in connection with her husband's charges of perverting the court of justice. Blake Fielder-Civil is said to have attempted to pay a pub landlord hush money, if the man dropped charges of GBH against him. However, someone told the tabloids and the whole debacle was blown. Civil could now be facing life in jail, if he is found guilty.
Winehouse went to Shoreditch Police Station just after 5pm this afternoon. It's been reported that she knew this would be happening.
It's the latest worry for Amy's family. There have been reports of 'suicide pacts' with her husband, although she is supposed to be jetting off to Israel in the New Year for some serious rehab. It seems that Winehouse is really still missing her other half. "My husband is everything to me and without him it's just not the same," she has said.
