Suge Implicated In Biggie Murder?

It's one of hip-hop's most notorious unsolved cases, but finally the culprits behind Biggie Small's murder might finally be found.
After years of speculation surrounding his possible involvement, Suge Knight may be named as a defendant in the Big murder lawsuit. The judge presiding over the civil case may name Knight and former cop Rafael Perez as defendants, meaning they will be finally and formally be implicated in the shooting and subsequent death of one of hip hop's greatest rappers.
Corrupt cops from LAPD and Knight have long been linked with each other. Knight hired moonlighting officers as part of his security team, and now those same cops could be linked with both Big's murder and with purposefully bungling the subsequent investigation into the murder, in order to protect all involved.
Big's family, including his mother Voletta Wallace, is bringing the wrongful death lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles, where Big was murdered in 1997. The Wallace family claim that Knight and former LAPD officer Reggie Wright conspired to have Big murdered, and that they involved Perez and David Mack (another claimed crooked cop), in the conspiracy.
US District Judge Florence-Marie Cooper, who is overseeing the wrongful death lawsuit, last week ruled that the plaintiffs have presented sufficient evidence to have Knight and Perez added
as defendants. The evidence against Perez seems to be that he was on duty on the night of the murder and may have been at the scene of the crime in an official capacity. This, it is alleged, would have given Perez an early opportunity to mount a cover up so that Wallace's killer could not be found.
An attorney represented the Wallace family, Robert J Frank, told reporters this week: "Through his police contacts, Knight knew where Wallace was and sent Mack to take care of him."
But a legal representative of the city said the 'new' evidence was "old wine, new bottles."
