T.I. Works on Paper Trail

T.I. has decided to pick up the pen again and write a new album whilst on house arrest. Tip stopped writing his lyrics down in 2001 after the I’m Serious album, since then, he has been composing lyrics in his head like rappers; Jay-Z and Lil Wayne - hence the title of the album Paper Trail.
Whilst on house arrest for gun charges, The King of the South is under very strict rules from the courts, which include; no alcohol consumption and all visitors having to undergo a background check, visitors are still subject to police search whilst at his house. Therefore most of the producers he wants to work with are still waiting to be cleared by the courts and for that reason; it’s way too early to know which artists will feature on the album either.
However, Paper Trail is rumoured to be released in September 2008.
T.I’s Grand Hustle label will still continue to release music in his absence.
