How is your birthday going?
It's like a normal day!!! I've slept in bed till about 3pm and then gone on Facebook to deal with a bombardment of birthday messages. Which I secretly loved.
So, do you like cheesecake? If not why?
Nah... It’s the name of it that puts me off. Most cheese is savoury, cake is sweet – it’s not about mixing the two!!! The last time I actually ate one was about 15 years ago I think it had strawberries on it.
Ok… but what do you drink with your cheesecake of choice?
It would probably be a burning shot of ethanol just to take the taste out of my mouth.
Have you ever had a cheesecake related accident?
No, but would probably have one after doing a shot of the burning ethanol.
Do you like cheesecake flavoured ice cream?
No but I like ice cream flavour Chewits.
What would a birthday cheesecake consist of?
If it were mine it wouldn't consist of anything cheesy. Just a Victoria sponge with some candles on it!!!
So what has been happening in the Plastician camp?
Doing the Rinse FM show weekly again now, Mondays 11-1 (watch out Logan I'm comin’ for ya!). That’s goin’ really well, just setting stuff up for the label for next year too really. We've just got stock of the album after a stupid, stupid amount of time waiting for it and all the problems which came with it!!! That looks like it'll be dropping late November / early December now.
How are the worldwide bookings going?
Brilliant, was in Amsterdam last weekend and it was amazing. Got a busy month in December - hitting San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Chicago, Miami and Madrid in the first two weeks - will be nice to get out of the cold!
