With two of the biggest names in hip hop, Kanye West and 50 Cent dropping their much anticipated albums on the same day, many are wondering whether one will chicken out and change their mind, including the artists themselves.

Kanye reckons that 50 should be worried as he will come out on top on the day, whilst Fiddy reckons President Carter will move the Louis Vuitton Don’s project. But it seems like there’s no chance of the latter. "I think it's great, I think it's a fantastic day for hip-hop," Jay revealed to MTV. "I remember having those dates [facing against] Outkast a couple of times. I actually had one with G-Unit [with Beg for Mercy]. It's great. It's a fantastic thing for hip-hop, especially retail. I know they're loving it. You're driving people to the store. We love it, we think it's a fantastic thing."
