The question of whether The Game will or won’t retire after his next LP could be answered indefinitely as the rapper faces five years in jail if convicted for making gun threats.
The outspoken rapper will appear in court relating to the incident that occurred in February during a basketball game. The 27 year-old is alleged to have had pulled a gun from his red Cadillac Escalade after punching a player on the opposing team and threatened to shoot him, police said.
The Compton born hip hop star was arrested by police on May 11 at his Los Angeles home and was released on $50,000 bail and was also been charged with exhibiting a firearm in the presence of an officer.
The trail date will be set later today in Los Angeles.
