Brandy Fights Back In Lawsuit Nightmare

Four people have tried to sue the singer after her motorway pile up on December 30. One person was killed and others injured. The tables have turned as the Southern Belle accuses one of the drivers involved, 50 year-old Mallory Ham of negligence and insists that Mallory is responsible for the four car pile up.
Brandy has not spoken directly to the press but her lawyer Edwin McPherson stated, "She's just responding to pieces of litigation as they come in and doesn't want to comment at this time." In other words just wait ‘til the trail airs on TV.
If Miss Norwood is found to be at fault she could face a year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
