P. Diddy Lawsuit Gets Thrown Out...

This time around, Kirk Burrows (Bad Boy Entertainment’s former president) tried to extract some big cash from Mr Combs, alleging that he attacked him with a baseball bat. Burrows claimed Diddy harassed him with a slugger and demanded he give up his role / stake in the company. With a Supreme Court judge not responding to the (originally surfaced in 1996) allegations - stating that the demands were too dated - it’s back to square one for Burrows.
Diddy’s attorney, Benjamin Brafman, told the New York Post, "The whole thing was a complete fabrication... We are gratified with the Appellate Division's unanimous decision. This is a perfect example of how vulnerable celebrities are to the filing of lawsuits that don't have any merit."
