NEWS : Celebrity Gaming Club Launch Battlefield 3 With London Party

Following the absolutely epic party to celebrate the launch of this year’s standout title FIFA 12, Celebrity Gaming Club set-up shop in London’s West-End to mark the release of the hotly anticipated Battlefield 3.

A selection of celebrity gaming enthusiasts were invited to an elite West End location yesterday to celebrate the release of Battlefield 3 by engaging in a night of explosive multi-player action and wall rattling Dubstep. One of the most exciting releases of the year, RWD were in attendance with all-out war on our minds, no camping, no hiding. But the developed tactical nuances in the first person shooter encouraged an altogether more considered approach. A few deaths later we were choosing our starting weapons much more wisely, setting about the destructible, vast maps with victory in mind. We’ll struggle to recreate the unique Celebrity Gaming Club experience, but with Battlefield 3 released today, we’re hoping that at some point over the weekend we’ll be jumping into a jeep, approaching the defending base at speed and laying our lives on the line for a rush-assault, sipping a rum and coke to the sounds of True Tiger.
