Denzee made his grand entrance to the urban scene when he featured on the massive 2000 hit Sorry (I Didn’t Know) with Monstaboy. It earned critical acclaim and chart success and was nominated for a Garage Award in the “garage anthem 2000” category.

Fast forward to today and Denzee offers a more contemporary, urban, mellow sound with So In Charge. The reinvention of himself and his music is a massive departure from that of his UK garage success. This is a totally organic change based on his desire to continue recording new, ambitious and original sounds for today’s discerning audience. Having teamed up with top producer LowStarr (aka Lee Ramsay) the duo have been working tirelessly on Denzee’s first solo project and So In Charge is set to be the R&B classic track of the summer and the first of many releases over the few months.
