Since bursting back onto the UK scene late last year, FDM released a mixtape, The Pudding now reaching almost 50,000 downloads; its success confirms FDM are back in a big way.

Following their work with Ne-Yo over in the States the idea of the mixtape was conceived in February, written and recorded in March with top UK producer Hypertone and also features FDM putting their stamp on Lil Wayne’s Drop the World. Within two hours of release 36,000 downloads were registered which quickly pushed up towards 48,300 proving that FDM have no shortage of fans.

The Pudding mixtape got industry tongues wagging with DJ’s speaking up about their support for the R’n’B trio; Tim Westwood posted a video blog, whilst 1xtra, Kiss, Radio 1 and a whole host of other radio stations alongside MTV praised the return of the band. The success of The Pudding also led to support dates for the likes of Fantasia, Mario and Akon so no doubt we’ll be seeing a lot more from the guys in the very near future.
