NEWS : Sumfest 2010 Line Up

We don’t often get too bashy over here at RWD but with the beginning of 2010 being basically taken over by that popular Brit brand Clarks courtesy of Vybz Kartel we thought we’d share some more big news from that little island in the sun…

Bashment lovers it’s only 6 weeks until Jamaica’s biggest festival, Sumfest taking place in Montego Bay, Jamaica; home to around 30,000 revellers each year for the past 17 years, the festival brings together the biggest names in reggae, dancehall, hip hop and R’n’B over three days. Previous acts have includes Nas, Damian Marley, Keri Hilson, Lil Wayne, Akon, LL Cool J, Ne-Yo, Jah Cure, Busy Signal and Vybz Cartel and this year’s line up is looking just as good so far with dancehall legends Beenie Man, Bounty Killer, Mavado, Tarrus Riley, Elephant Man signed up whilst many others are still being added to the bill.

Not only can you expect to see the all your favourite artists across all your favourite genres, there’s stalls offering the best in Jamaican cuisine, arts and crafts and of course rum, lots and lots of rum!
