Drake has confirmed the rumours of a Drake/Lil Wayne album; following his recent trip to visit Weezy they agreed to start working on the album once Wayne had completed his sentance on Rikers Island.

The hype surrounding Drake’s debut Thank Me later is going to look like nothing compared to upcoming Drake and Lil Wayne collaboration. In a recent interview with MTV Drake spoke about the upcoming collaboration;

“I went to Rikers and we agreed that there will be a Lil Wayne/ Drake album….that will probably be one of the most exciting things of my life. We just make music on another level It’ so fun, it’s so comfortable. A whole album? Just think about what we could do…”

Drake also spoke out about the Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj beef, following the Queen Bee’s rant last week over the fact she felt Nicki Minaj hadn’t paid homage to her.

“I feel like Lil’ Kim is a G in the game. I feel like you’re a part of an era that’s classic, that we’ll never forget as young kids, me and Nick,” he said of his Young Money family member. “You don’t have to do that. You don’t have to get onstage and tell people to pay homage; that’s a given. I’ve watched Nicki pay homage time and time again…”

Drake’s obviously not impressed by Lil Kim comments, we think the best way to settle this would be a good old fashioned battle, Black Barbie Vs. Queen Bee, someone needs to set that up quick!
