FASHION : Online Review: N*E*R*D @ Levi’s Flagship Store Launch Party

Written by RWD on 1 Apr 2010

After three long months of renovations to their flagship store on Regent Street the good folks at Levi’s are ready to party… and who better to get it started than Pharrell and his rock chums N*E*R*D who took to the stage at London’s Heaven earlier this week…

The atmosphere was thick with excitement as the 100 prize winning members of the public who were informed of the gig a mere 24 hours prior joined the likes of us and the other invite only audience. The rest of their set featured an all more familiar audio route as The Neptunes based outfit ran through their hits including Sooner Or Later, She Wants To Move and Everyone Nose to a rapturous response, as well as Nelly’s Hot In Here and Clipse’s Grindin’ both of which they also produced.

The boys invited a bevy of beauties on stage to shake their thing as they closed their set with the raucous Lapdance and the un-pc yet amazing Spazz, but soon returned to perform an encore of Rock Star and Brain from their debut disc In Search Of…
