50 Cent is back in the studio…again. It’s like this guy’s just blowing albums out of his nose hole, but then again Mr Curtis Jackson seems to put anything out with his name on it these days. This time Fiddys cooking up a new album dubbed Black Magic…

It looks like he’s turning to the dance scene for inspiration for his new album, while in Europe 50 explained in an interview how our fine continent has effect his musical tastes. “I went to a nightclub after-party. It was different music after a while,” says 50 Cent when he realised that the club switched up their set to play his own tunes. “The music they were playin’ before they were playin’ the music I created was more up-tempo, more Dance. I wanted to make a song like that, so I went into the studio. Because I’m travelin’ with my live band, I took the band with me and we sequenced it and recorded the actual record while we was out there.”

As well as recording the ‘dance track’ for his new project, he also reveal that he’s recorded two other songs already which he’s keeping very quiet about by not telling anyone the name of the tracks or who produced it. “I’m excited about it too, it has a totally different vibe,” revealed 50 when talking about the Black Magic album “I won’t allow myself to be placed in a box where I can only do one style, or do one kind of music. They should expect the unexpected on this one. If they can understand how I enjoy different genres of music and different styles, for the people who have various tastes in music, they’ll really like it.”

It’ll be interesting to see what 50 Cent can pull out of the bag seeing as his last two albums Curtis and Before I Self Destruct we’re total let downs in terms of sales (cause it’s a numbers game for Fiddy at the end of the day) and with Dr Dre back working with his nemesis Game plus G-Unit members Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks off Interscope records  we got a feeling this maybe another lacklustre effort. Prove us wrong dude.
