Everyone’s favourite angry rapper from Forest Gate is set to drop his new album Plan B Present: The Defamation Of Strickland Bank on 5 April and we got an advanced preview of album cover to show you.

His new album is the follow-up to his debut album Who Needs Actions When You Got Words which was a big success for him in 2006. It helped launched his profile to take on acting roles in Noel Clarke’s Adulthood and alongside heavyweight actor Michael Caine in last year’s British thriller Harry Brown.

Well he might have had a fairly angry first album, but the man with the ‘Plan’ reckons he’s calmed down a bit

“I’ve calmed down a hell of a lot. I’ve realised what my issues are” he claims “Some people still think I’m an angry little estate kid who wants to get people’s attention by saying really nasty horrible things but I’m not that and I want people to know that I’m not that.

“If you went and saw a Martin Scorsese film and it was exactly the same as his last film you’d be like, ‘what was the point in that?’”

Well his first album made a bit of a splash within the Indie and Hip-hop scenes and it’s fair to say that we’re anticipating his new work to be big, look out for a full review from RWD when the album drops in April…
