Major line-up for this year’s Bloc Weekend

Kicking off the festivals for 2010 is the gathering with a difference as the popular Bloc Weekend returns compiling some of the biggest names in underground and urban music.

Hip hop legends Salt-n-Pepa will be pushing it alongside Grandmaster Flash, Wiley will be getting grimy alongside BBK cohorts JME and Skepta, Marcus Nasty will be welcoming the sold-out capacity into his funky house and Skream and Benga will be dubstepping back-to-back as the Magnetic Man.

Covering the whole spectrum of urban music BLOC 2010 taking place at Butlins Minehead Resort will be happening inside a state of the art holiday resort complex on the West coast of the UK. Held from 12, 13 & 14 March, there’s no camping, because all BLOC family stay in luxury apartments surrounding the main indoor auditoriums for three nights, so no need to worry about the weather… all you need to do is focus on the BLOC. It’s better that way…!
