Former Destiny’s Child singer rumoured to be new X-Factor Judge

With Dannii Minogue supposedly leaving The X-Factor Kelly Rowland has added fuel to the fire by telling the public that’d she’d love to fill the apparent vacancy.

Not content with having a ‘baby by 50 Cent’ the former Destiny’s Child singer told The Metro that all Simon Cowell has to do is call her. “Everybody keeps asking me about it. The X-Factor is an amazing show and Simon knows all he has to do is call me.”

The R&B songstress is one of the potential females to fill the void that Danni is going leave behind, another front runner for the upcoming judge’s vacancy was former Spice Girl Mel B a.k.a ‘Scary Spice’.However she recently landed the job for hosting US show Dance Your Ass Off therefore making Ms Rowland a clear favourite.

In an attempt ‘kiss-up’ to her potential boss Kelly went on to say “I love Simon because he’s so honest. When I watch it everything he says I agree with,” basically meaning she’s a sheep and she’ll be his ‘Yes Man’ if she lands the job.

She went on to ‘stroke his ego’ even more by saying “One of the things I love and respect about Simon is that there is no room for error in the industry and there’s no room for slacking.”

Let’s hope if she does get the job that she refrains from breaking down like a little baby and she isn’t such a sheep as she’s making herself out to be.

UPDATE:

RWD have just learned that Simon Cowell is going to be leaving US Pop reality show American Idol.

According to a post on PunchBowlBlog.com the high trouser wearing music judge will be leaving after the current season of American Idol so he can focus on launching the American version of The X-Factor. Cowell addressed the his departure saying “I’ve had the best eight or nine years of my life doing this job. The most important thing is [for Fox] to get someone who knows what they’re talking about. I want to leave Idol this year bigger and better than ever before. I hope it’ll be higher-rated than it was last
