Jay-Z reacts to Beanie Sigel’s diss songs…

Jay-Z has recently spoken about former Roc-A-Fella artist Beanie Sigel’s diss record’s towards him.

Beanie Sigel came out late last year airing out his issues with the Roc Nation boss regarding money, his promotion as an artist and general bougie-ness (click here for definition). Also Beans has teamed up with arch-nemesis and overall shit-stirrer 50 Cent with various tracks and interviews ‘going hard’ at Jay-Z.

The Jigga man has been fairly quiet, trying to ignore his former friend’s disses, however Jay-Z recently spoke to hip hop radio personality Ed Lover about Beans’ actions. “This is rap music and it’s competitive by nature, nothing really surprises me anymore but I’ll honestly say, that was one that was like a shocker. When you from a certain place, cut from a certain cloth, there’s certain things that’s just off limits. When you cross that line, we put you in a different box. That one was a little surprising. The competitive nature of rap music dictates that’s how it goes more times than it’s not…I think everybody run outta ideas, it’s all just marketing at this point. I don’t even think it’s competition any more…”

Can we expect Beans to launch more lyrical attacks on Jay-Z? Will the Jigga man even bother responding to Beans and ‘Fiddy’ on a track? Why the hell is 50 Cent still vying for Jay-Z’s attention? RWD will be watching this one with open eyes and ears.
